Privacy policy¶

Effective 2026-10-20.

Who we are¶

TradeLattice is an open-source project. This website is operated by Browes AI, a Canadian technology services business.

What we collect and why¶

Email. We keep your email address and message only if you write to us. We use them to reply.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps standard server logs. These include IP address, browser type and pages requested. They exist to run and secure the site.

We do not run accounts, forms or newsletters.

By writing to us, you consent to us using your message to reply. By using the site, you accept the logging described here. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics¶

We use Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and records aggregate page-view counts only. It does not build profiles of individual visitors. No consent banner is needed. We use no advertising trackers.

Where your information goes¶

Cloudflare hosts the site. Its servers may be outside Canada, so your information may be processed under foreign laws. Plausible receives aggregate analytics data. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it¶

Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
Server logs are kept by the host, for about 30 days.

Security¶

We limit access to email to the people who answer it. We rely on Cloudflare for transport encryption and infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure.

Your rights¶

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days. Email the contact below.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to a provincial privacy regulator.

Quebec residents¶

Under Quebec's Law 25, you may ask for your information in a portable format. You may also ask about any automated decision made about you. We make none.

Children¶

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes¶

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
